I had a last-minute order I placed after hours for delivery (hopefully) the next day. Further, I was ordering from out-of-state. The online ordering process was amazingly simple. They even provided space for a note, so I requested a text when the flowers were delivered. I received a confirmation email of my order immediately, again confirming delivery for the next day. Would it really be the next day, or the day after that, since the order was received after hours? True to their word, they delivered a lovely arrangement the very next day! And bonus: they sent two pictures showing the flowers and where they were dropped off. I wish we had this kind of service where I live! Excellent customer service, beautiful flowers and arrangement, and reasonable prices.
