I am completely pleased with these flowers and the perfect way my order was handled. I ordered them and asked they be delivered the next day before my sister checked into her hotel at the Biltmore. They were for her 80th birthday, and it was important to me that they be in her room when she and her husband walked in at noon. I noted this on my order and told them the Concierge at the hotel would be looking for them to arrive in the morning The flowers were indeed waiting for her, as I'd requested, and they were absolutely gorgeous!
